RESTORATIVE MOVEMENT - BREATHWORK - MEDITATION - RELAXATION

Come along and move your body in nourishing and fun ways, connect with your breath and finish with a calming meditation.

You can expect laughter, playfulness, exploration and connection with yourself and others.

This session is a great investment in your physical and mental wellbeing and will leave you feeling supple, relaxed and centered - a lovely way to wrap up a busy week 💛
