At Genki Project you will find small group classes and one-on-one personal training in a friendly, fun and supportive environment. 

Your training will include contemporary methods such as functional training and high intensity interval training (HIIT), blended with martial arts techniques and philosophy, presented in a safe, enjoyable and relaxed format.

Our focus is on supporting nourishing movement habits to keep you strong and fit and moving well.

Tuesday 6.30am - 7.30am

Thursday 6.30am - 7.30am

Saturday 7.45am - 8.45am
